By engaging Accessspeak Garden Care, you agree to our comprehensive gardening services including lawn mowing, hedge trimming, pruning, and general maintenance. Services are provided on a scheduled basis or as a one-off makeover as per the agreed quote. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to extreme weather conditions in Sydney to ensure the safety of our team and the health of your landscape.
Accessspeak Garden Care maintains comprehensive public liability insurance for all residential and commercial properties. While we exercise extreme care during all garden clean-ups and irrigation maintenance, the client is responsible for identifying and marking any underground services, cables, or non-standard irrigation pipes that may not be visible. We are not liable for damage to unmarked utilities.
Our services are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We adhere to Sydney's local council regulations regarding green waste disposal and noise restrictions. All eco-friendly gardening solutions, including weed control and mulching, are applied in accordance with Australian agricultural standards and environmental protection guidelines.
Quotes are free and valid for 30 days. Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise specified in your commercial contract. For regular maintenance, a 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Accessspeak Garden Care reserves the right to charge a call-out fee if access to the property is restricted at the time of scheduled service.
